As retailers drop prices to get rid of surplus stock, and shoppers impulsively snap-up Black Friday deals on things they probably don’t need, Peddler.com is doing something a little different.
The online group-buying marketplace – that allows like-minded shoppers to team up with consumers with similar interests to buy the products they want together – offers Black Friday-style discounts year-round by using artificial intelligence to gage what consumers are talking about online. James Kylmowsky, added: “There’s a lot of good bargains out there on Black Friday but there’s also a lot of trash with retailers trying to get rid of old stock. That’s why we’re different. While helping smaller distributors and retailers compete with the likes of Amazon.
It’s not just the prices that are impressive at Peddler. More than 500 customer reviews, with an overall 5 star rating on Trust Pilot, gives testimony to the excellent customer service provided.
Unlike most online retailers, the platform prides itself on delivering the best offers year-round – discounts average at between 30-40% – so shoppers don’t have to rely upon Black Friday and Cyber Monday to get the products they desire.
